Meditation – An Effective Method For Self-Control
Meditation is one of the most effective methods of self-control, it is based on techniques for muscles relaxation, breath control, etc. Meditation teaches how to influence our internal body parts and brain functioning through the subconsciousness. You can exercise meditation with a trainer, in a group, or just by yourself in your free time, outside, right before bed time. Frequency of exercises depends on the level of emotional pressure that you’re on. The lessons can occur from 1—2 times a day up to 1—2 times a week. The important condition must be a quiet environment, no bright light, no noise, and no lack of time. After a while your mind will get used to clearing all of the unnecessary thoughts for a longer time. When you reach success at this, you will be ready for training. You will be able to set the necessary rules for yourself in your mind. Hold the necessary images in your mind until they will be stamped in the subconsciousness part of your mind. You will understand that this stage is reached, when you will be able to easily reproduce those images any time that you want. It is necessary to achieve only a complete result. Because if during the lesson you still get any extraneous thoughts you won’t achieve the proper level of meditation results. Only one thought must be in your mind and all the others are subordinated to it. Any irrelevant thoughts should be expelled immediately. The main one must be driven into your memory with constant repetition. If you suddenly fall asleep during the lesson and during the moment of awakening will find that the first thought which was on your mind is that with which you have fallen asleep. It means that your subconsciousness has held everything as necessary. If during the day suddenly pops up the thought that you tried to remember the day before is one more proof of your correct performance. Your subconsciousness is not only your obedient servant. It is also your best helper and partner in the continuation of your life. The consciousness and subconsciousness of your mind are undividable. Their interests are similar and their purpose is to keep in perfect condition the shell in which they exist, that is your body. The meditation results are different from one person to another, but you can see them much earlier than in the cells of your body. You can expect those positive changes in 2 months after the beginning of the exercises. Meditation has helped me to get rid of a lot of health problems. This is the result of the work of the subconsciousness part of my mind. A couple times a day I give myself a request; early in the morning and right before I am going to bed. In a combination with a deep breath I tell to myself both aloud and mentally: “ I trust in the power of my subconsciousness that controls all parts and functions of my body. Now I direct this force to restore: the normal, natural functions of my body’ parts, to clean and raise the flow of my blood, to normalize and remove all toxins and other harmful substances from my body through usual channels. My subconsciousness will react to these requests and I will repeat them again and again until my health problem will go away”. I repeated those requests so often that it has began come to me first thing in the morning just as I open my eyes. My health is better than it was before. My physical and mental energy constantly grows. I give the request to my subconsciousness to take immediate control of all the cells of my body so that they perform effectively and correctly and constantly provided normal ability to my perfect body.
